Opies Transport is currently looking for drivers in the following states and regions. Eastern Oklahoma, Northeast Texas (Dallas), Arkansas, Missouri, Southern Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Western Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama or Northwestern Georgia.

Drivers

Over the Road (OTR)
  • Stay out 10-12 days at a time.
  • Home time is 2-3 days
Regional/Home nightly

Must live in these areas

  • Eldon, MO
  • Chicago, IL
  • Kansas City, MO
  • Memphis, TN
  • Dallas, TX
  • North Houston, TX

Technician

We have shops in Eldon, MO and Memphis, TN where we maintain late model Freightliner trucks and Walker tanker trailers.

Candidate must have:
  • His/her own tools
  • A valid driver’s license & Reliable transportation
  • be able to pass a Drug Screen 

Truck Washer

We have truck washer positions available in Eldon, MO and Memphis, TN

Candidate must have:
  •  A Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
  • Be able to pass Drug Screen
  • Be able to work Weekends/Holidays
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK!

Requirements

  • Class A CDL (NO Tanker Experience Required)
  • Consistent and stable work history (No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months)
  • No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • No serious moving violations in the last 5 years
  • No Drug/Alcohol Violations in the last 5 years
  • 6 months verifiable over-the-road experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Able to meet all requirements as set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
